Appointments
If your child is sick and needs to be seen, call my office first thing in the morning; the phones are on at 9 am. You can also call after hours and leave a message for Chris to call you back. Well child exams are scheduled ahead of time, usually as you complete the previous check-up.
After Hours
After hours I share night and weekend call with the Dr.'s Gali, Milford, and Li. One of us is on call and available 24 hours a day. We also use an after-hours nurse advisory service--you can reach that service after hours at 408-275-0480.
Weekends
One of our 4 doctors is on call every weekend and usually holds Saturday morning office hours. We do this to help you avoid having to go to the emergency room for routine illnesses like ear infections, etc. Call my number on the weekend to find out who is working that weekend.
Staff Advice
If you have questions about routine pediatric issues, feel free to call my staff during the day. Chris is very knowledgeable about these matters and can answer most of your questions over the phone. If the question requires my input, my staff will give me the message and I will contact you.
Payment
If your insurance requires a copayment, it is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit card.
